Improved my 8 k run time in vffs

I have managed to get my 8 k down to 42 mins in my bikilas I'm not sure I can improve on this as yet without some weight loss . 20 lbs would be nice. My 20 k is still at 2 hrs 10 mins , this I'm happy with, and though my feet feel tender at the end my recovery is quick.
