I have developed hip flexor pain. I have iced it a couple of times and am going to take it easy. I guess I shouldn't plan on running in next weeks 5k. But, if I ice it over the week and don't do any impact exercise... Think it would be that bad?
I'm still planning on walking and using the elliptical to keep fit. Hoping that I can still make gains for foot strength.
I don't really know how long it should take to heal. I've been reading about it and it looks like several weeks. At least it is indoor weather here.
