Hi there,

I'm Sandro from Trieste, Italy. I started running (with a committment this time..) a year ago and almost immediately discovered that minimal and barefoot shoes were the way to go for me. now I alternate minimal shoes with sandals and occasionally bare feet, according to the lenght and terrain.
