Hi all glad to see the sight is up and running :). A little about myself, I started running June 2011. Did a 5k ten weeks later. In December started barefooting it. First couple of weeks came away with minor blisters, but after a run during the rain on chip seal I became friends with a nice sized blood blister. They dont hurt :). Soon developed TOFP, didn't think it was to serious so ran for several more weeks reachin 3 mile range. The pain stayed around so took two weeks off and it has subsided (mostly). Just started back Monday with a mile, with the plan of doing a mile 3 days this week and adding 1/4 mile each week after.
I've really enjoyed reading the forums and would like to thank everyone who made the site possible and the folks who post. Thanks all!
 
Sounds like you have a good conservative plan for upping the mileage, Phy. Welcome!
