Hello All!
I'm a long time lurker, just now introducing myself. After seeing an article (I think) in the Southwest Airlines magazine and getting the Born to Run book, I started running BF. Now I've been running barefoot for over five years, part streets, part sidewalks and part trails. Prior to BF, I had been struggling to get back into running for several years using NB shoes with arch support insoles that made my knees and back ache. Now, no more pain, and I'm having fun running again.
Are there any other BF runners in the ABQ area, especially on the east side? I'm told there's one guy who runs trails BF on Sandia Crest, but I haven't managed to cross paths with him yet.
