Oh boy Line, you're opening a can of worm with that post. This is right up there with talking about cadence. If you do a search you will find that this has bounced around here a time or 2, or 3 or 4, etc.

Interesting..
I don't know if I believe there's something to this or not. I've been doing Qigong and loved every bit of it.
I've known people who have allergy to electricity which I don't even know if I believe even when talking with the very person. In the back of my mind I'm like "do you really suffer from something else and think that it's that?" but again, who knows. There might be something to all of this.
I'm not closed minded, I'm very curious, and also skeptic at the same time

Another great thing about being barefoot is that I can absorb all the asphalt I need without having to take any supplements. Keeps my internal dust to a minimum.
