I've noticed lately that the bottoms of my feet will sometimes itch in a way that makes me want to go pad some concrete. I don't meal like they are swelling or I have a fungis or something... The best way I can describe it is lifting weights. When you've been lifting a long time and you skip a day or it's almost time for your workout and you're feeling really good, you get this overflow of energy to push and pull and struggle. "Addict" is the best word I can think of. It's litterally an itch that will drive me nuts till I scratch it!
