Chain mail for feet!

I have a chain mail cook's glove (for high speed chopping) and I can imagine these being awesome! Maybe you could persuade them to do a giveaway?

Ah, clearly I'm the only one who thought they sounded a great idea! Mind you, no-one seems to have actually tried them. I love the feel of chain mail, really silky and you can just sort of pour it into your pocket. It isnt noisy or heavy or scratchy or any of the other things you might think wearing metal would be.
The price is high, though!

I've seen them in an article recently. They sound like a great idea, you'd feel every stone alright but I'd imagine they'd be quite heavy and sling around your feet!?
£179 is a bit pricey. I'd possibly give them a go if they were half the price. I'd love to see a review from someone! For now I'll stick with my EL-X and Sockwas.

I think you're right. It would be a bit like running on loads of fine stones only metal. It would be strange texture under your feet. I'd love to try them to see but they're just so pricey.

Other than the ventilated upper and flexibility characteristics, these fail to be anything I'm looking for in minimalist footwear. I'll stick with my huaraches and Altra Adams.
