Galway native Teresa Mannion was among those at the races on Wednesday, ... who then put them in the bin as she continued barefoot.

I'll bet these shoes were placed in the trash can because they were hurting the woman who was wearing them, walking around in them all day at the horse races! Ha! Right where they belong.
