I'm a morning runner, because I'm usually too tired when I get home from class/studio (art school). And I want to spend time with my fiancee Stephanie. (yes I'm a lesbian) I'm a semi-vegan (eat seafood), so my breakfast is usually oatmeal with almond milk, a piece of fruit, and juice. I can usually do my 10 miles w/o much troubles. I usually don't "drop a deuce" until bedtime. Weekends however, I usually have an egg-white omelette with veggies and soy cheese and tea. This usually is enough for my system to get going. Afterwards, I eat as usual, have another bm at nite.
