Pretty obvious that these guys will feel safer in bare feet than in steel toe-capped boots, but our H & S guy would be having a fit if he was there.

This Mr. Tom Cruise clearly knows what he's doing. I've seen his instructional videos on flying jet fighters, fighting space aliens, martial arts, race car driving, and bartending. Best to trust his judgement.
