Doctor Donovan told me I can resume running again. I haven't run in about 8'weeks. Any tips for a new mom runner? Before I went on hiatus, I ran 3x/week about 10 mi at a 5:30 pace.
I'm in the same boat, I broke my toe in September (kicked a rock). This article from Competitor has worked for me, twice. It starts with walk/run, and gradually eases away from the walk. Good luck,

If it were me, I'd start off by walking barefoot to get back in the swing of things. Start off with grass and work up to the hard stuff. Maybe trying walking/running barefoot on a treadmill to get warmed up. After that you'll be back to your barefoot running self in no time.
