- Welcome by Martin Güngerich; short note on the Marburg Running School, the BRS and the ideas behind IBRD.
- Lisa-Marie-Jasper Award ceremony for Christian Lemburg.
- Distribution of light backpacks for shoe transportation to the participants.
- Introductory talk (Martin Güngerich): Biomechanical and sensomotor advantages of barefoot running; barefoot running in human evolution.
- Run through the stadium, fields and Marburg residential areas, paused several times by short notes:
- Instructions for healthy running form including co-ordinative workouts (Martin Güngerich)
- Positive health effects of barefoot running (Katrin Kusche)
- How to deal with (perceived) risks of barefoot running (Martin Güngerich)
- Advantages and disadvantages of different terrains (Martin Güngerich)
- Barefoot running under adverse conditions and treatment of minor injuries (Christian Lemburg)

- Return to the starting point at 1:45 p.m.;
conclusion of the workshop with drinks and snacks.
