This weekend was the first official qualifier for the USA Triathlon team for next summer's Olympic Games. I know its not a barefoot thing (wouldn't that be something!) but it is a cool triathlon thing so its getting posted.
The first two women on our team are Sarah Groff and Gwen Jorgensen. You can read about their qualifying races here. I haven't heard which men made the team this weekend yet.
I love the Olympics and I'm excited to be in to a new sport that I'll get to watch, so I'm going to try and keep an eye on the team as it develops. More fun to have a rooting interest this way.
