This is without a doubt my favorite race of the year! It's the largest 5k/10k race in Delaware, it takes place at the Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, De and sold out at 1750 runners in just 11 days!
This is my 5th year running the race and my 3rd year barefoot. Every year I PR in the 10k distance and this year was no different my chip time was 45:59, finally broke 46 minutes!
