as my name says narrow toe box is horrible for me

im 22, vegan

i discover barefoot in may 2013 thanks to internet, before that i wasn't barefoot even at home, thats crazy, always with shoes or flip flops

i consider going barefoot a great discovery trhought internet, like veganism, vitamin D deficiency for the sun and others

i also dont have internet at home only 2 times per week aprox

i like this forum so much glad im here!

Narrow toe boxes get a bad rap around hear. They're like custom molds for your feet. I wish there was a dragon shaped narrow toe box so I could get dragon shaped feet! Then I could really fly! Ok, I'm FOS. Welcome to the site NTBIS.

if you are praising wide toe box i recommend u altra shoes

I just ordered a pair of Altra Ones from 6pm.com. 40% off and free shipping!! I'm getting them for winter running. We got hit with many polar vortexes where i live last winter, and I figure this winter won't be much different. Plus, I can work in them. Barefooted will always be best, but numbness and the risk of frost bite can make things a little dicey.
