Week 31 Mileage Reporting July 31 - August 6

4.3 miles at Presque Isle on Tuesday morning with cool temps and low humidity. I saw some x-country runners out training for their upcoming season, a couple of rabbits and 4 or 5 chipmunks. Also 2 redheaded woodpeckers. It was a fantastic way to start my day!

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Thursday at 4:30 am.
We did another 3 mile run Sunday at 6:00 am. Sunday it was overcast and windy. We spotted some horses and a man working his garden. There was rain all around us but we did not get any.

4.3 miles at Presque Isle on Saturday morning. The sun was barely up so it was nice and comfortable. There was a good number of other runners out for an early Saturday morning. It was a good way to start a weekend.
