Week 14 Mileage Reporting ( Apr 01 to Apr 07 )

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday and a 3 mile run Friday. Both runs were clear sky and 48 deg. f.. Friday the moon looked really cool . at the end of the run I could see the moon and a great sunrise.

3.7 miles on Friday at Presque Isle on a partly sunny day with a temp of 40 degrees. It was a quiet day at the park with just a few walkers noted. I saw a lot of unusual migratory ducks in Presque Isle bay. I felt good after the run after a string of gloomy and rainy days.

We did a 3 mile run Sunday at 6:00 am. It was 57 deg. f.. Wed d heard a few owls in different spots. We spotted deer, horses and heard lots of song birds.
