Week 12 Mileage Reporting ( March 18 - March 24 )

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Wednesday at 4:30 am. It was 54 deg. f. with light wind. we heard one owl and saw some deer. The moon looked very cool again.

3.4 mile beach run in the Dominican Republic on Wednesday.. It was in the low 80’s with high humidity at 8am. There were lots of other tourists walking the beach. The sand was very fine and felt good underfoot. It was a good run in spite of the humidity.
