Week 11 Mileage Reporting ( March 11 - March 17 )

3.3 miles at Presque Isle on Tuesday which was a sunny 50-ish day. I am continuing to see increased activity with the small songbirds, a sure sign of Spring. I ran at a more relaxed pace today because of a heel bruise that I incurred on my last run. Otherwise, I feel good and was glad to get out.

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 4:30 am. We spotted some deer in the area we usually see them.
We did a 3 mile run Sunday at 7:00 am. It was already getting light out. We spotted cows, horses, rabbit, squirrels, geese and lots of birds. the temperature was mid 50 deg. f. with light wind both days.

3.4 miles on Saturday around my neighborhood. It was good to get out and I felt good throughout the run
