I stand by Tom's shoes.  I

I stand by Tom's shoes. I own several pairs and they are a delight to wear. All the shoes I own are flat, not wedge. I support an orphanage in Haiti and periodically they ship shoes to the orphanage. The children are thrilled. The shoes are always tennis type shoes and yes, kids wear shoes in third world countries. Probably not any shoes being produced in Haiti at this point in time.

My big problem with Tom's

My big problem with Tom's shoes is that the founder was interviewed and he was asked what his passion was, it wasnt helping people or charity, it was business. So although i admit they do some good, i dont like that man behind the business. As for wearing them, they look pretty dang minimal, so im not opposed to the shoe itself, but i do think they really ugly.
