I can't believe it! We forgot to do the Halloween Contest! You guys are not keeping me in line. Someone do me a favor please, search the main forums for Halloween Contest, copy the rules for the 2011 contest, edit them appropriately, and post. Everyone just do your best to recount what you've done.
