Mileage Reporting Week 27 ( July 3 to July 9 )

3.6 miles at Presque Isle on Wednesday. It was a beautiful summer morning with sun and temps in the upper 70"s. I saw a few rabbits, a turkey and several interesting song birds. There were quite a few holiday leftover human visitors as well. Everything with me felt good. Overall, a very enjoyable run.

2.5 miles at Presque Isle on Sunday, a cloudy and rather humid day with mid-70's temps. Had some left hamstring tightness develop so I cut the run a little short. Good run nonetheless.

We did a 3 mile run Thursday at 4:30 am.
Was kinda wacked out last week maybe cause of 4th of July.
Heard lots of tree frogs and whippoorwills.
