Mileage Reporting Week 20 ( May 15 to May 21 )

2 miles this afternoon at Presque Isle on a comfortable breezy Spring afternoon with temps in the upper 60's. I saw plenty of other walkers and bikes and 1 or 2 other runners. My calf felt fine up to 2 miles, and then at the first hint of discomfort I stopped. I suspect that I should be able to gradually increase mileage over the next couple of weeks.

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 5:00 am. We spotted deer and heard the whippoorwills.
really nice weather out.

2 miles at Presque Isle on a warm Spring afternoon, temps in the 60's. I saw som cardinals and several colorful wrens and one oriole. There were lots of school age children out here today as well with their school classes, winding down the school year. My calf was symptom free until I hit 2 miles, just about the exact same distance as my previous run.

We went on a 3.5 mile outing at 6:00 am. The sun was just coming up. 55 deg. f. with no wind. We saw horses. We heard whippoorwills, mockingbirds, cardinals and may other birds.
