Pretty crummy couple of weeks for me -succumbed to some horrible end of winter virus to start, then first run back managed to tweak a muscle at the bottom of my calf. Did a quick 2km earlier this week just to see how it feels -was ok, but I could tell it was still there.
So off to the physio for some muscle manipulation, etc...
Good news is he said I can do stuff in the gym, but the bad news is I have to lay off the running for a couple more weeks....
(...not very good at doing what I'm told, so this is going to be tough!)
