Wow, that was actually a great article. Usually they end with "but according to Mr. Respected Scientist, these people are weirdos and if you run without arch support your knees will fall off and your wife will leave you."

BTW, what's the deal with the Born to Run movie? For years I have been reading articles like this one which mention that the book is "now being made into a movie," but where is the movie?
