I am 25 years old and have been an avid cyclist and nutrition junky sinice I can remember. Running seemed like the best path for cross training (would have been swimming but gyms are so expensive). I would run on and off now and than but I started reading about the beneifits of barefoot running and decied I would like to give it a try. Its been great so far I am running faster than I was before and my posture has improved.
If anyone else is from the Rio Grand Valley let me know and we can run together some time.
