Hello, I am very happy to be present on this forum. I have always preferred walking barefoot around the house, but from last year in the spring, I started running barefoot outside. At first, my aunt has joined me alone, but for some time now. For now, until the end of winter, I do not run barefoot outside, but I walk barefoot in the house and try to convince my family to go barefoot. Greetings from Poland
