A quick 'hello' from me, Mark, here in London.
Very much a newbie to barefoot running, having picked up an injury due to heal striking and advice from the physio.
I am taking it slowly but loved it from my first foray into the world of barefoot running.
But I am still a bit self-conscious running on the streets of south-west London without footwear (I feel as though I'm streaking!), but I do kind of get a buzz from the double-take from people who see me.
Would love to get chatting to people on here and I'm sure I'll have a load of questions as my journey continues.
And if there are any other London-dwellers on the forum who fancy meeting up for a run (moral support!) through the Capital get in touch.
Thank you,
Mark
