Greetings from San Diego

Hi all!

Got VFFs in May, started hiking with them in June, and now am running just a teeny bit with them. Also, starting to run barefoot! VFFs are excellent-- but bare feet are to VFFs as VFFs are to regular running shoes. I'm proceeding carefully and happily, so far doing well because I don't overdo. I run a few yards, walk a few yards-- sometimes in VFFs, sometimes in Brancas (which I love), and sometimes with birthday feet. This has changed my life!

I'm learning a lot and being vastly entertained by this wonderful site. Thanks all.
