fun trail run

i just finished a fun trail run with Josh at Forest Park. It's uphill from his house to run on one side so naturally he's become a strong climber. we both have slight injuries we're working through, his is worse than mine. oh, he also split his sole open on a small spot and duct taped it up for the run.



we got muddy, had a good time, dog loved it. then we saw Jeff Corwin hiking. Josh thought he saw him earlier but i didn't think it was him. this time i asked and he says to us "i was when i woke up this morning." funny guy.

same one. we didn't talk,

same one. we didn't talk, just comments passing each other. he had an ipod on and may have been listening to something inspirational or instructional by the way he used it and how attentive he was to it.
