I'm organizing a form clinic for barefoot runner hosted by the BRS-PA chapter September 24th at 10am with POSE-certified coach Tracy Steven Peal if anyone is interested.

Tracy coached a friend of m,ine to a 2:29 marathon after less than two years' running experience and comes highly recommended. Tracy is POSE certified and an advocate of barefoot/minimalist running. Sometime, I will get a coach to do a barefoot running workshop for those who want something more oriented towards that. This will probably be a low-cost or free initial session and then folks can see if they want to pursue more group training. Please let me know if you think you'll be able to come.
