Hey there...new to the BRS, but have been running barefoot for almost three years, since i lived in Hawaii.
I am coming off a couple knee surgeries earlier this year and just started running again...very slow and short, but still barefoot. I also recently just moved to NC and am looking for any other barefooters, running clubs, races, etc...
I am in the Fayetteville / Fort Bragg area (Army here) and just looking to do some prep for the ATM in October.
