Anyone running the Asheville Citizen Times 1/2 Marathon or 5K on 9/17/11?
I'll be barefoot way in the back of the 1/2 Marathon. I plan on a 13 min/pace, keeping by HR to 135.
I think the race is all on pavement, but I'll roll up my huarches in waist pack just in case I encounter gravel paths.
I ran the 5K last year and it was a very fun race. If you are running either I'd love to meet up either before or after, I'll be near the Highland Brewing beer tent!
