The road heat wasn't a problem but I ran out of sweat!

I got in the car Monday after running and it said it was 115 outside....

It was 102 yesterday and they are talking 107 today. I have been running at night to avoid the heat.

Yep, officially changed over to my summer morning run schedule this week. Feels good to sweat so freely once again, and I like the tingling up and down my spine at the end of the run. I miss the tropics.

I know its hot when the thermometer in my shed can't show higher temps. At 4:30pm yesterday it was 124+ when I stuck my head inside. My wife and kids begged me not to do my "spin in the shed" - I did ride for one hour where the temp was 100 from 8:30-9:30.
