    I started barefoot running a few months ago. Ive worked with a coach to build myself up and I love it. I ran for 25 mins yesterday in the wind and rain, in the Cumbrian mountains, UK, (haven't got the distance for yesterday on me at the moment)....fantastic! You feel so happy :-)
