Boulder and I did a 6 mile run Tuesday and a 4 mile run Thursday. It is in the 60 to 70 deg. f. temperature range. 2 really great outings!

I did a 5.1 mile run on Monday and a 5 mile run on Friday with temps in the 40's both days. 2.5 miles BF on Monday's run and 3 miles BF on Friday's run. I did the rest wearing Sockwas. Gradually re-conditioning my feet with the arrival of more Spring-like weather. I hope that it continues.

Yes Boulder is a Plott Hound rescue. He is my training partner!
We went 7 miles on the country run in Denison Texas Saturday. we spotted a skunk, some Turkeys, donkeys, cows, horses, ducks, goats and many bird varieties.
