Epsom salts?

Anyone use Epsom salts in a bath for recovery? Or can suggest any soaks that you can benefit from post run?
I tried Epsom salts last night and must say I do feel better this morning.
 
I occasionally do an Epsom Salt foot soak when I've done big miles. I do the one with the rosemary and mint in it, and I have to admit I feel better after. Of course, it could be all in my head too.

Well I logged in to ask a question and saw your post so I will put what I've heard about these. Stephanie Seneff has a lot of good things to say about epsom salt baths which has nothing to do with running but about nutrition. She says a lot of people are deficient in sulfate (which epsom salts have). She is an MIT researcher, you can search her name on the podcast channels.
