Bandaids, cell phone, keys, ID, and VFFs stuffed in the back. I prefer to run without it, so if I'm on a track or something, I don't bother. But I hate the the idea of being several miles from my car and running into a problem even more, so running pack it is on long runs.

Can't stand fanny packs. If i am going to run more than a hour and half, I will bring my held water bottle. Anything below that time i bring nothing.
