4 miles total bf, 15 miles minimal, havng a transition problem with right foot bf. Today, 1 mile bf and 4 mile minimal, and 2 mile bf hiking! The hiking wasn't a cake walk either! As far as walking bf, I walk everywhere, into stores that don't run me off and everywhere. Undetermined mileage there.
