Mileage Reporting Week 6 (Feb 3- Feb 9)

So I’m starting to shake off the cold virus now..
Sneaked our for an early morning 6km at the weekend. Nice dry day again. Stopped at the end of the run to chat with a lady walking her young German shepherd pup (beautiful dog!). I pass her quite regularly so it was nice to stop and chat for a bit.
She was totally relaxed about me running barefoot -said she imagined it was better to be able to feel the ground as you run..
I’d actually forgotten I was barefoot while we spoke, but it was nice to hear her view even though I hadn’t brought the subject up..
