One year ago today I took my first barefoot run! It was a whopping 3 minutes long (about 1 block, maybe 300 feet or so) and I have never looked back! Since then I have run all kinds of distances up to nearly 21 miles barefoot, put over 900 miles of roads and trails behind me and these bad lads have taken me places I never thought I would go, let alone on foot!

Everyone here at the BRS has been such a huge part of everything! Thank you everybody!

There have been plenty of bumps in the road and LOTS of learning experiences along the way, but this has been one of the most rewarding years of my life! Here's to many more to come!

Cheers!
