Okay, I sent an email about the post above with some more questions, so please look for that one.

We're going to be migrating to a VPS (hopefully successfully this time, cross toes!) after Labor Day. There is some startup cost on that. But once that has been done and verified that all is functional, we can work toward getting funding for the formatting issues. So priorities are #1 migration, #2 formatting, unless of course, something unforeseen and urgent takes place in the interim. Deal, all?
