1. You're overpronating, maybe try some stability shoes?
Hello Paraganek, I'm no expert in running technique but it seems to me that when you are at normal speed you bounce up and down about 5cm, and when you are sprinting that bounce disappears, personally I prefer the NO bouncing but everyone is different, I wonder what will happen if you put a collar in your neck and then go out for a run, does the collar bounces a lot at normal speed?
What software did you use for the video?
That is my long term problem. I have been aware of that for some time. Not sure how to fix it.I noticed it by how much your left hand moves vs your right hand.

Good observation.Mike does have a point. Your left foot strike is different then your right, can't really see why, maybe one of our form experts can answer that question. but your run does seem to flow nice though.
