Maybe not true if you are speaking of whether is is safe for healthy children and adults to go outside with prudent precaution. Inactivity, screen time, lack of sunshine and friends- not healthy. Katie and I are so happy we can host our camps again this year and we will host them safely. Dr. Mark Summer Camps are on! We have had to make a few adjustments to ensure the safety of all of our participants, but our new schedules and lay outs will still offer all the fun, engaging lessons, runs, and drills to develop life long and efficient runners. To help navigate the ever changing guidelines, we have created a specific COVID-19 Adjustments Web Page on our campriverrunners.com website, this web page will help alleviate confusion about new camp schedules, dates, times, registration, policies and procedures, etc.Click here to view Registration for camps is live!
