Yorktown Battlefield Independence Day 8K

The short story is that it was a beautiful day, great race and the runners in my age group sucked so bad I got 3rd place I did meet my personal goal of less than 45 minutes so I was very happy with the whole day and had no pain! WHOOT! It was a great final race with my track club.

Yeah, Wendy! That's a good time too. I bet you'll miss your club...but you'll still have this club, you'll still have us.

I ran a 10K on the 4th with Mokie and Nspollard. My time was pitiful compared to last year, but that's because of the neuromas, recent surgery, and sitting on my can most of the last three months. I'm proud of myself that I at least got out there.
