Ok. I'll start: 2016. 1501 miles (2) 100 mile ultras. No major injuries. 2017. My goals include (2) good sized ultra races. Just put my name in for Superior, we will see if I get drawn! More "natural movement" training. Run, walk, throw, crawl, climb, balance, fight, swim, etc. Maybe figure out what I want to be when I grow up. Lol.
2016: 1426 miles (442 on chip-n-seal or gravel). 50-mile finish barefoot and under the time limit. 2017: more of the same. try to get tough and cold-adapted feet in case i decide to sign up for a spring race.
