What are your running resolutions for 2018?

I haven't run since mid December. I tweaked my achilles tendon (not by running), and it has taken a long time to heal! So I guess my resolution is to go back to basics and work out on my form. Sometimes when I run after work (2030 ish) and I'm tired, my form suffers. Going to remedy that!!

I want to get back to regularly doing a 5K run at least 3 times a week.

Been tough the past year with my work schedule and being on "restricted activity" orders from the Dr's... :(
