Will you make any running resolutions for next year?
With my track record of following through with resolutions, I almost don't want to jinx myself by setting some. I want to have more fun with running. I definitely want to do more off-roading in 2018. I had planned on doing a half marathon in March, but I don't think my fitness and conditioning will be there by then. We'll see.
As I jinx MYSELF: get back to my weekly 5 mile race, set PR in my other races. Still be nursing on Megan's 1st birthday.
I haven't run since mid December. I tweaked my achilles tendon (not by running), and it has taken a long time to heal! So I guess my resolution is to go back to basics and work out on my form. Sometimes when I run after work (2030 ish) and I'm tired, my form suffers. Going to remedy that!!
I want to get back to regularly doing a 5K run at least 3 times a week.
Been tough the past year with my work schedule and being on "restricted activity" orders from the Dr's...
I may not have any running resolutions, but I AM trying to get more active.
My resolution would be to take it slow and hope this brings me to running half a marathon barefooted end of summer.....
