Hey guys. Don't forget, your two bare feet are the best tools for stress relief. You can be barefoot on the grass to ground yourself now that it's spring, the Barefoot Autism Challenge returns soon, and if you work from home, you can be barefoot as often as you can.
Yes, I'm hoping to get the bare feet on the ground tomorrow. We have some nice running weather coming up over the next week. Hope you are all well out there.
Wish I could say the same... 8+ hours sitting at my desk in a <65 degree basement, and my feet get really cold.. That being said, I did manage to get out for my first BF run of the season yesterday, and already feel a little less stressed than I did this time yesterday.
We're lucky enough to have a treadmill at home, so I've been running on that barefoot. Saturday, however, was beautiful weather, so I turned the 1km radius restriction, lack of people, and rough pavements into an advantage and went for my first ever entirely barefoot run outside (I'm normally in minimalist). It was very short (just over 1km), but great!
It’s getting better in BC... This in the morning... Barefoot in the afternoon Wish the emoticon on my phone had a smile on it...
I’ve been contemplating what you said about your 1km radius restriction. My appreciation of the remote area I live in is further enhanced. And Yay You for going that ‘extra step’ and doing your first barefoot run
