Boulder and i did a 3 mile run Wednesday at 4:30 am. It was 69 deg.f. overcast and no wildlife sightings. we did hear owls and roosters.
4.1 miles on Friday on city streets in North Carolina. No beach run due to high winds and rough surf from offshore Hurricane Lee. No wildlife, just lots of other tourists walking.
We did a 3 mile run Sunday at 6:00 am. It was 66 deg.f. with no wind. The sky was clear with lots of stars. At the end there was a really outstanding sunrise. We spotted horses, a white egret and a Great Dane. We heard lots of roosters.
